POWERWASHING:
All surfaces to be painted will be thoroughly high pressure washed and cleaned. This step helps new paint adhere to the existing surface and removes pollutants, mildew, loose paint and dirt.

PROPERTY PROTECTION:
All areas around the home, including shrubs, landscaping, furniture, pools, decks, vehicles, etc. will be protected from start to finish with drop cloths and plastic. Windows, brick, vinyl, concrete, fixtures and other non- paint surfaces will be masked off and protected to prevent paint from damaging these areas.

SCRAPING & PRIMING:
Loose paint will be scraped and removed. Smoothing may be necessary for maintenance or cosmetic consideration. The surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and primer will be applied to all bare wood and metal to assure proper adhesions of new paint.

WOOD REPAIRS:
Rotting, broken or otherwise damaged wood siding and trim will be identified during our visual inspection. Required repairs noted will be included on the exterior painting proposal and brought to your attention. Repair methods employed by Arrowhead depend on the solution required for each item. Any additional repairs required will be brought to your attention for approval prior to work being completed.

CAULKING:
Loose caulking will be removed and replaced as required. Open gaps will be filled with new caulking to prevent rain water from penetrating below the surface. Loose nails will be re-set and refilled with spackling as needed. Loose or missing window glazing will only be replaced as noted in contracts.

APPLICATION:
Only quality materials will be used. Application will consist of spraying, brushing, rolling or a combination of each depending on the application or terms of your contract if specified.

PROGRESSION:
Work areas will be kept clean, neat and clear of debris. The project will be completed in a professional, timely manner by skilled painters who are polite, friendly and work efficiently. Excess paint will be removed from windows if it occurs. Touch-up paint will be labeled and left with owner for your future convenience.
