CLEANING:
All surfaces to be painted will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared. This step helps new paint to adhere to the existing surface and removes harmful occidents, pollutants and dirt.

PROPERTY PROCTECTION:
All areas in your home or business will be protected from start to finish by drop cloths and plastic including flooring, wallpaper, furniture and furnishings.

PREPARATION:
Preparation will include the removal of switch plates, vents and the filling of all nail holes. Water stains will be treated and sealed.

SCRAPING & PRIMING:
All loose paint will be scraped. Smoothing may be necessary for maintenance and cosmetic consideration. Primer will be applied to all bare wood, in addition to, any repaired or damaged areas to assure proper adhesion of the new paint. This step will also prevent future peeling and stain bleed-through from occurring.

CAULKING:
All cracks along door jambs, baseboards, moldings, windows, etc. will be caulked.

TAPE & BED:
All major wall cracks will be repaired by taping and bedding. All repaired drywall areas will be textured and finished to match existing drywall.

APPLICATION:
Arrowhead’s painters are experienced in both spraying and brush and roll applications. The technique used depends on the application. Tape and paper is used around all baseboards meeting the carpet area. Flooring and fixtures are protected and properly masked off.

PROGRESSION:
Only quality materials will be used. Work will be completed in a neat and professional manner by skilled painters who are polite, friendly and work efficiently. Work areas will be kept neat and presentable. We will supply touch- up paint at completion for your future convenience.
